- 2003: Graduated from LTCHS
- 2007: The first totally blind graduate of MacEwan University
- LTCHS Grad 2003, played tuba and bass in band and was a vocalist in the choral program.
- 2007 was the first totally blind graduate of the MacEwan University music program, majored in upright bass performance.
- Since graduation from Lindsay Thurber Keith has become one of Alberta鈥檚 most successful bassists.
- Mr. Rempel has performed and recorded extensively with some of Canada鈥檚 finest musicians in a wide variety of genres including, Jazz, Celtic, Folk, Latin, and Country.
- Performance highlights include playing at Edmonton Folk Music Festival, Edmonton International Jazz Festival, Folk on the Rocks festival in Yellowknife, touring around North America with award winning song-writer Fiddler Lizzy Hoyt, touring Chile with Marco Claveria, playing with the Craig Moritz band opening for Dwight Yoakam
- Recording highlights to date include work with Lizzy Hoyt, Kayla Hotte, Vicky Berg, Daniel Gervais, Jesse Dollimont and the Osprey鈥檚, Justine Vandergrift, Lauren Busheikin, and Ky Babyn.
