Requirements

SUPERSILIKA NEEDLE MATS

SuperSilika needle mats are entirely produced from silicon oxide SiO2 96% and do not contain any non-fibrous inclusions or binding agents that would have reduced the thermal conductivity coefficient and increased the weight of the insulation materials.

SuperSilika is a non-woven silica basic mat (previously known as SuperSil).

      Application: industrial heating equipment insulation, fireproof ventilation valves, fire and thermal insulation for the construction and maintenance sector.

 

SuperSilika S is a silica needle mat stitched with a silica thread for better bending strength.

Supersilika S    

     Application: insulation at non-ferrous metallurgical plants, kilns, heat insulation of trolleys.

SuperSilika M is a mat lined with silica fabric on one or both sides. It is a heavy-duty mat resistant to mechanical damage.

Supersilika M

 

     Application: insulation of special vehicles, ships, aircraft, cars; fire safety of passenger railway cars including metro, blankets for annealing and tempering processes at metallurgical plants.

 

SuperSilika F is a silica needle mat lined with aluminum foil on one or both sides to reflect the heat flow.

     Application: insulation for searchlight reflectors and electric equipment.

 

SuperSilika MF is a silica needle mat lined with silica fabric on one side and aluminum foil on the other.

Supersilika MF

 

   Application: respiratory equipment, heat insulation screens, special devices.
