- December 15th deadline
The contest is open to students in Grade 10, 11 or 12 registered in a French program. Students must submit a 750 - word original essay in French on the theme: "In a future where everything is possible, how will the food we eat and the way it is produced have changed?"
The prize money is ranging between $1,000 to $20,000
- January 6th deadline
The contest is open to any Canadian citizen or permanent resident of Canada. Essays under 2,000 words are invited on any topic relating to the link between democracy and media in Canada. Essays should be creative, engaging and proactive and be written in a dynamic, compelling style.
The prize money is $10,000 and a $2,500 student prize
- December 31st deadline
The contest is open to all legal residents of Canada who are sixteen (16) years of age or older as of the date of entering the Contest. You are currently a registered student in good standing at an accredited university, college, or high school; and have only one active Student Life Network account which must be created before December 31st, 2021. You have a chance to win 4-year tuition.
Prize money is $35,000
