Deputy Superintendent
As Deputy Superintendent, Mr. Lower is responsible for supporting the Superintendent and Senior Administrators in all of its functions. He is committed to ensuring the division and our schools are providing the best teaching and learning opportunities for students.

- Has responsibility to support the educational objectives and priorities of the Superintendent
- Provides leadership for Programs of Choice, Learning Services, Student Services and Technology and Information Services
