Â鶹ÍøÕ¾Áбí

As Secretary Treasurer, I assist the Superintendent of Schools with all financial matters related to the Â鶹ÍøÕ¾Áбí.  Some of my responsibilities include:

• Serving as Treasurer to the Board of Trustees
• Preparing and presenting the annual budget and quarterly financial reports
• Preparing year-end financial reports to facilitate the audit
• Administering and supervising all accounting procedures and expenditures
• Overseeing and administering the purchasing of goods and services by the Â鶹ÍøÕ¾Áбí
• Collecting all accounts receivable and funding on behalf of the Â鶹ÍøÕ¾Áбí
• Supervising and authorizing payment of accounts payable
• Administering and supervising the Â鶹ÍøÕ¾Áбí's insurance programs and risk management initiatives
