River Dill discovered a passion for student affairs during college while serving as an Orientation Leader. Experiencing firsthand the impact of helping new students find community and purpose inspired River to dedicate a career to empowering students and inspiring them toward greatness. Prior to joining the Dominican University team, River built a strong professional foundation primarily in Residence Life, serving campus communities at Colorado State University and San Jose State University.
