Jeremiah is a higher education professional with experience developing and coordinating student success initiatives that promote access, persistence and equitable outcomes for diverse student populations. He has led outreach efforts, built partnerships with K-12 schools and campus stakeholders, managed student success programs, coordinated events, and used data to improve retention and engagement. As a Black, first-generation, LGBTQIA+, low-income college graduate, he brings both professional expertise and lived experience to his work, allowing him to build meaningful relationships with students from historically underserved communities. He holds a master's degree in Higher Education and Student Affairs and is pursuing a Doctor of Education in Organization and Leadership. His passion is creating inclusive educational environments where every student has the support and resources needed to succeed.
